2003-2007 Transit Development Plan (TDP) - A locally adopted document addressing a minimum five year time frame. It is prepared in cooperation with the MPO. The TDP is updated annually with major updates occuring every three years and shall include all the elements as defined in Rule 14-73, Florida Administrative Code.
