Agendas of The Bay County Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) and Advisory Committees
The Bay County Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) typically meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 3:30 p.m. in the commission chambers on the second floor of the Panama City City Hall building.The TPO has three advisory committees, the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC), the Technical Coordinating Committee (TCC), and the Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC). The CAC, TCC and BPAC also meet on the fourth Wednesday of each month. The CAC meets at 1:30 p.m., the TCC at 10:30 a.m and the BPAC at 12:00 p.m.. All meetings are held on the second floor of the Panama City City Hall building in the conference room.
The Bay County TPO adheres to the American with Disabilities Act and will make reasonable modification for access to their meetings upon request. Please call Ms. Ellie Roberts at 1-800-226-8914 Ext. 218 to make a request. Requests must be received at least 48 hours in advance of any meeting in order to allow the MPO time to provide requested services.
