Council to celebrate Terry Joseph’s retirement after 31 years
West Florida Regional Planning Council will host an open house on Sept. 21 at 4:30 p.m. to honor Ms. Terry Joseph, who retiring at the end of the month after 31 years of dedicated service.
“Because of the work we do at West Florida Regional Planning Council, I’ve had a unique opportunity to witness many great changes in northwest Florida in the last 30-plus years,” said Joseph. “I’ve learned the seven counties we serve like the back of my hand and made a lot of wonderful friends. I’m excited to see what is in store for the council as it moves into its next chapter.”
Joseph’s position will be filled October 1 by Austin Mount, who was recently hired from Kaysinger Basin Regional Planning Commission where he served as the executive director for more than five years.
